June 3

A close patrol request for a building in that had some suspicious activity behind it. A reporting person stated that there was a male subject on camera behind her business picking up a box by the compressor.

A follow up was done at a hotel about an elderly couple that was staying there. Officer spoke with the owner about concerns and adult protective services was contacted and a report was made.

An officer at Allsup’s observed a male and female arguing in the parking lot. The couple advised they were arguing over relationship stuff. Parties separated and left location.

Dublin assisted another agency. A tan pickup was going about 30 mph and swerving headed towards Dublin on FM 219.CR 384. Officer attempted to locate the vehicle. No vehicle was located.

June 4

A reporting person came to the station to speak to an officer about their neighbor being aggressive. An officer advised them of their options.

A reporting person requested assistance with the door on her vehicle that is stuck or locked. An officer made scene and the keys were in the vehicle and locked. They were advised to call a locksmith or Glueck’s to get it opened.

June 5

A reporting person in the 200 block of North Patrick stated that she paid for a car that she never received because the seller said it was stolen.

A reporting person came into the station to speak with an officer. She stated that an elderly lady was staying at her house, she is no longer there but she went to the post office and had her mail put on hold. The reporting person was unable to receive any mail and needs legal advice before she pursues anything else.

A reporting person came to the station to report that her wallet and phone were stolen out of her car while she was at the park. The car was not locked while she was walking.

A reporting person advised a white truck pulling a trailer with a washer and dryer in the back hit the neighbor’s car and left.

June 6

A burglary alarm was coming from the loading dock in the 200 block of North Patrick. Officer was on scene with a key holder. The building was clear with no sign of a break in.

A reporting party has personal belongings in a storage building and is refusing to give it back. The caller is currently living in upstate New York and wants his stuff back. Officer spoke with the mother and she stated he can have his belongings back but can’t afford to ship it to New York.

June 7

A reporting party advised that they had a customer come in to the bank who may be involved in a scam. They were sent $3,000 allegedly from Steven Tyler, Aerosmith singer. Due to the large amount of money and unable to verify the account, money was sent from the account is locked. Officer advised the customer of her legal options.

A reporting person advised her son is missing. He is a 9-year-old male non verbal. Neighbors advised they saw him headed towards the highway and is out looking for him. Mother says he does this frequently. Officers located the child at Bradberry’s feed sitting in a rocking chair. Child was returned home.

There was a reported male in the driver’s seat slumped over next to the KOA. Officer went to the area and did not locate a male in a vehicle slumped over in the drivers seat.

There was a report of an intoxicated female subject driving a vehicle with a child, guns and has prior DWIs. The female is driving to Dublin. Officers went to the areas that she would possibly be coming into Dublin from and was unable to locate. An hour later, the vehicle was located without the driver and on private property.

A reporting person advised someone tried to break into his back door and broke the screen off the hinges. No one was seen. Officers checked the area and was unable to locate a suspicious person. Camera footage did no locate anyone either. A close patrol of the residence will be conducted.

June 8

There was an open door at an abandoned house. A house was checked and secured.

An officer was out with a car that was driving with its lights off. The driver and passenger were stargazing.

June 9

Officers went to the area and did not hear anyone shooting or anyone outside firing off shots in the 5000 block of Hwy. 377.
