If you’ve been around senior citizen area events at all, you may be aware of a group of women who are enthusiastic about life meet the Upbeat Crusaders!
This certified nonprofit is a local volunteer organization committed to creating positive and active lifestyles in the 55 plus community in Stephenville and Erath County.
By partnering with the Senior Center, local agencies, corporate sponsors, and community, they advocate for active lifestyles essential for health and well-being “Embracing UpBeat lifestyles, we focus on invigorating multigenerational adults in an environment that promotes healthier and more social engagement where well-being and socialization come together to build stronger communities,” distributed information says.
