Wiley Ray LaBaume recently celebrated his 90th birthday with his family and friends. He is an Army Veteran and an Air Force Veteran with 4 years in the Army and 4 years as an Air Force Special Communication Officer to the General’s secret service. He spent 32 years in Postal Services walking the streets here in Dublin. Later he served as Superintendent of Postal Operations in Office. He was born at home in a 150 year old home to Son and Bee LaBaume back in 1936 and was the youngest with 5 older sisters. He was very special to all, his family said. Ray graduated in 1954 from Dublin, his typing helped to excel him in the military service along with his excellent grades and community references. We wish Ray a very happy birthday!
