The Erath County Grand Jury returned 14 indictments on Aug. 4.
They included:
Miranda Darlene Bernard, 31, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
Ricardo Carillo, 39, theft of metal (less than $20,00), a state jail felony;
Michael Brian Dunn, 40, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
Juan Ramon Escobedo a/k/a Juan Raymon Escobedo, 31, evading arrest or detention (with a vehicle, enhanced), a third degree felony;
Dillon Dwayne Filio, 30, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
Daniel Flores-Alarcon, 27. possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
Angela Marie Govea, 24, three counts of abandoning or endangering a child, a state jail felony;
Ryan Don Ivy, 43, online solicitation of a minor, a second degree felony;
Francisco Vazquez Rios, 50, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
Daniel Adam Ryan, 37, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
Matthew Dominick Sanders, 25, possession of a substance in penalty group 1(one gram or more but less than four grams), a third degree felony;
Patrick Leon Wallace, 29, burglary of a habitation (with intent to commit theft), a second degree felony;
Beatrice Jimenez Wilson, 41, possession of a substance in penalty group 1(one gram or more but less than four grams), a third degree felony;
Paden Tyler Wilson, 34, intoxication assault, a third degree felony
