They are: Zane Anthony Calhoun, 24, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony); Carlos Andres Hernandez, 39, for four counts of smuggling of persons (Third Degree felony); James Mark Jokel, 53, for possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (State Jail felony) and criminal mischief $2,500 to $30,000 (State Jail felony); Ryan Lee Peacock, 28, DWI 3rd or more (Third Degree felony); Johnny Sanchez, 34, Possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony); Amanda Bessie Scroggins, 50, assault on a public servant (Third Degree felony); Hector Najera Serrano, 44, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony); Tyndall Kathleen Martinez, 37, DWI 3rd or more (Third Degree felony); Manuel Igancio Vargas Jr., 40, DWI 3rd or More (enhanced) (Third Degree felony); Sarah Ann White, 36, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); and Treva Dee Wright, 59, theft of property from elderly individual, more than $2,500, less than $30,000 (Third Degree felony).
