The Erath County Grand Jury returned 12 indictments on May 13.
They included:
■ Sierra Jade Christon, 24, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
■ Sterling Lynn Cowdrey, 24, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
■ Michael Brandon Downey, 36, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram, enhanced), a state jail felony;
■ Noemi Hernandez-Alvarado, 28, two counts of driving while intoxicated (with a child passenger), a state jail felony;
■ Ann Garces Huro, 46, theft (less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions), a state jail felony;
■ Kristin Nicole Odell, 32, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
■ Alejandro Rodriguez, 35, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony; unlawful possession of a firearm, a third-degree felony; theft of a firearm, a state jail felony;
■ Matthew Anthony Sanchez, 30, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
■ Stanley Moses Skinner, 32, assault (family violence, with prior conviction, enhanced), a third-degree felony;
■ Christopher Cullen Weekes, 37, burglary of a habitation (enhanced), a second-degree felony;
