The Erath County Grand Jury indicted the following individuals on felony charges Sept. 28. They are: Shawn Ross Black, 37, driving while intoxicated third or more (Third Degree felony); Geoffrey Calvin Earl, 52, driving while intoxicated third or more (Third Degree felony); Antonio Espinoza Jr., 32, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams (Second Degree felony); Sean Thomas Fuller, 33, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 gram enhanced (Third Degree felony); Jose Martin Galvan, 42, driving while intoxicated third or more (Third Degree felony); Xavier Gonzalez, 25, two counts of credit card or debit card abuse (State Jail felonies); Bruce Lemuel Gregory, 58, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams (Second Degree felony) and possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Geoff Alexander Gregory, 29, possession of substance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams, Drug Free Zone (First Degree felony); Janet Lea Henley, 54, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Jason Logan, 40, possession of substance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams (Second Degree felony); Lolly Ann McCoy, 39, assault on a peace officer (Second Degree felony); Zachary Luciano Moreno, 35, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); William John Mullin, 42, manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams, enhance (First Degree felony); Misty Renea Powers, 47, driving while intoxicated third or more (Third Degree felony); Justin Michael Rue, 37, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon (Third Degree felony); Julio Cesar Sanchez-Tamayo, 32, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony); William Chance Sherman, 32, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram ( State Jail felony) and possession of a substance in penalty group 2, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony); Brendon Michael Vivian, 28, manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams, enhanced (First Degree felony), tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, enhanced (Third Degree felony) and possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram, enhanced (State Jail felony) and Elizabeth Louise Willett, 36, two counts of possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams enhanced (Third Degree felonies).
