James and Leta Sage celebrated 50 years of marriage with a party Saturday, Sept. 28 at First Methodist Church of Dublin. The couple exchanged vows Sept. 28, 1974 in Kermit, Texas. They enjoy life together with two sons and eight grandchildren. James retired after a career as a consultant in the oil industry and Leta has been a choral accompanist, piano teacher and a church musician. She is currently employed by First Methodist Church - Dublin in the church offi ce and is an active member of Dublin Public Library Board and Dublin Woman’s Thursday Club. We congratulate the couple and wish them the best!
