The following individuals were indicted on felony charges by the Erath County Grand Jury Thursday, April 16.
They are: Joseph Belmont Albano, 54, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams (Second Degree felony); Brent Mathew Bankston, 47, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Bradley Edward Beam, 19, theft, $2,500 to $30,000 (State Jail felony); Juan Manuel Castaneda, 45, driving while intoxicated, 3rd or More (Third Degree felony); Carmin Carrasquillo, 22, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Garrett James Floyd, 34, driving while intoxicated 3rd or more (Third Degree felony); Erin Nicole Gerisch, 45, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Billy Samuel Hamilton Jr., 56, burglary of a habitation (Second Degree felony); William Robert Hume Jr., 58, manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1, 4 to 200 grams (First Degree felony) and possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1 to 4 grams (Third Degree felony); Calvin William Loyd, 44, assault family violence with prior conviction, enhanced (Third Degree felony); Sergio Meraz Jr., 39, driving while intoxicated 3rd or more (Third Degree felony); Dakota Parker Norden, 31, theft of property $2,500 to $30,000 (State Jail felony); Ryan Dwayne Rios, 33, assault family violence with prior conviction, enhanced (Third Degree felony) and Matthew William Thompson, 34, sexual performance by a child (First Degree felony) and child grooming (Third Degree felony).
