The following individuals were indicted on felony charges by the Erath County Grand Jury May 17. Individuals indicted include:
■ Je remy Wayne Alexander, 31, Assault on a Public Servant (Third Degree felony);
■ Tristan Michael Brown, 25, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon (Third Degree felony) and Tamper with or Fabricate Physical Evidence (Third Degree felony);
■ Tony Glen Eldridge, 64, DWI 3rd or more (Third Degree felony);
■ Hannah Cherie Harp, 25, Possession of a Substance in Penalty Group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony);
■ Carlos Hernandez, 39, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony);
■ Heather Elizabeth Killingsworth, 36, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (State Jail felony) and possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony);
■ Kasey Reynolds, 32, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony);
■ Desiree Peaches Wilson, 34, theft of property, $2,500 to $30,000 (State Jail felony) and
■ Ollie Leona Wright, 27, DWI with a child passenger (State Jail felony).
