The Erath County Grand Jury indicted the following individuals on felony charges Sept. 5.
They are:
■ Jonathan Avalos, 22, manufacture or delivery of substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams (Second Degree felony);
■ Brandon Keith Begeman, 42, driving while intoxicated with a child passenger (State Jail felony);
■ Diego Daniel Delacruz, 18, three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (First Degree felony);
■ Jacob Ray Giron, 43, terroristic threat/public servant (Third Degree felony);
■ Justin Lee Hubble, 38, attempt to take weapon from an officer (State Jail felony) and assault of a peace officer (Second Degree felony);
■ Cody Lee Johnston, 43, assault caused bodily injury/family member, with previous conviction (Third Degree felony);
■ Jerry Dewayne Knight, 32, manufacture or delivery of substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams (Second Degree felony);
■ Latrece Lewis, 54, theft, less than $2,500 with two prior convictions (State Jail felony);
■ AndyLopez,25,possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony);
■ Emilio Junior Mejia, 19, manufacture or delivery of substance in penalty group 1, 4 to 200 grams (First Degree felony);
■ Caleb James Polich, 23, theft, $2,500 to $30,000 (State Jail felony);
■ Garrett Alan Prince, 32, driving while intoxicated with child passenger (State Jail felony);
■ Darren Hanson Roberts, 39, tampering or fabricating physical evidence (Third Degree felony);
■ Kimberly Elizabeth Roberts, 38, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony);
■ Stephanie Theresa Rodriguez, 27, driving while intoxicated with child passenger (State Jail felony);
■ Daniel William Samia, 34, evading arrest or detention with a vehicle (Third Degree felony), unauthorized use of a motor vehicle (State Jail felony) and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon (Third Degree felony).
