The Erath County Grand Jury returned 15 indictments on Sept. 1. They included:
■ Josephine Elissa Armendarez, 19, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
■ Baylon Michael Baxley, 19, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
■ Christopher Charles Blair, 44, burglary of a building (enhanced), a state jail felony;
■ Gabrielle Marie Cameron, 25, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
■ Lauren Taylor Crawford, 23, three counts of endangering of a child, a state jail felony;
■ Kevin Sean Kash, 57, driving while intoxicated (third or more offense), a third-degree felony;
■ Rogelio Donjuan Maldonado a/k/a Rogelio Maldonada, 43, driving while intoxicated (third or more offense), a thirddegree felony;
■ Mario Montero a/k/a Santiago Montero, 42, driving while intoxicated (third or more offense), a third-degree felony;
■ Paige Elizabeth Owen, 29, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
■ Tonya Ann Pierce, 57, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
■ J.T. Rich, 28, assault (family violence, occlusion), a third-degree felony; and injury to a child, a third-degree felony;
■ Joshua James Stocco, 42, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (one gram or more but less than four grams), a thirddegree felony;
■ Tyler Jacob Tomlin, 18, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
■ Dennis Daryl Wood, 63, driving while intoxicated (third or more offense, enhanced), a third-degree felony;
