The Erath County Grand Jury returned 10 indictments on Nov. 17. They included:
Garrett Wayne Bloomer, 37, driving while intoxicated (third or more offense, enhanced), a third-degree felony;
Dylan Rex Bramhall, 22, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (four grams or more but less than 200 grams), a second-degree felony;
Olidio Sven Cantu, 33, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
Roberto Cortez, 32, assault (family violence, occlusion), a third-degree felony;
Tony Abraham Govea-Barron, 29, aggravated assault (with a deadly weapon), a second-degree felony;
Javian Odeu Liggins, 20, burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony;
Salvador Banda Morantes, 501, driving while intoxicated (with a child passenger), a state jail felony;
Nestor Alonso Quinonez, possession of marijuana (2,000 pounds or less but more than 50 pounds), a second-degree felony;
Dean Arthur Roberson Jr., 43, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (four grams or more but less than 200 grams), a second-degree felony;
Shalonda Janae Troy, 26, driving while intoxicated (with child passenger), a state jail felony.
