Those who love the yummy goodness of delicious macaroni and cheese may want to check out a fundraiser this weekend for a great cause with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Erath County.
The Big Cheese will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, April 11 at Lucky Vines Vineyard and Winery.
The third annual event is sure to delight the senses, especially tastebuds with tons of cheesy goodness.
“This is a family-friendly event that is tons of fun!” Sarah McNeal-Weaver, executive director of Erath County Big Brothers, Big Sisters said. “The Mac and Cheese is a blast to taste test and judge! The money raised helps fund our local Erath County matches.” Tickets are $10 each and allows attendees to sample all of the mac & cheese dishes. Those interested in showing off their cheesy cooking skills can enter as a cook-off vendor for $30.
