Wyndi Veigel-Gaudette Content Editor A smorgasbord of Easter eggs will be available for stuffing at the communitywide Easter Egg Stuffing Party Saturday, March 8.
The event is set from 9 a.m. to noon at The Station between Dairy Queen and First National Bank.
The stuffing party is to help organizers start filling 16,000 eggs that will be utilized for the annual community- wide Dublin EGGStravaganza set for Saturday, April 19 along with the Bunny Love Run.
The event is being cosponsored between Dublin Dairy Queen, Dublin Citizen and CWJC/Transformation Pathway.
“Seeing the smiling faces at every EGGStravaganza makes us grateful to be cosponsors but filling thousands of eggs takes a lot of work. We’re grateful to any who would be willing to volunteer some time and gather together so our kids in the community can have a happier Easter,” Dublin Citizen Managing Editor Paul Gaudette said. The Easter Egg Stuffing party is open to everyone and supplies will be provided. Anyone who wishes to bring eggs or candy is welcome to, but it is not required. Breakfast and drinks will be provided.
