Dublin and Lingleville powerlifting girls traveled to Corpus Christi last week for the state championships. On the Dublin side, Karlie White placed 5th in the 181 (middle, at left) , Carla Saucedo competed in the 259, Marianna Ortiz placed 6th in the 198 and Celeste Alvarez placed 6th in the 220. For Lingleville, (above, second and third) Aly Macias placed 8th in the 220 and Leslie Juarez placed 5th in the 198. | submitted photos
