On Monday January 17, 2022, Mike Boucher and Boucher Morgan & Young, a PC CPAs, came to an agreement to transfer BMY’s Dublin operation at 330 North Patrick Street to Michael E Boucher, CPA. The new firm will still have all the familiar faces and the quality work to which the clients have become accustomed.
Mike Boucher attended Dublin ISD all twelve years and is a graduate of Tarleton State University. He received his CPA license in February of 1983. He consults with business and handles a wide variety of tax and business matters.
Mary Smart, CPA, has been working in public and private accounting since 2005 and has managed the Dublin office since 2008. She is well versed in both individual and business tax and accounting.
Mike Jurney, a native of Dublin, was one of the original team members of the Dublin office when it began in July 2007. Mike has been working in this field for almost 30 years and has a wide experience in many different business types and enjoys working with farmers and ranchers.
Abruelia Rangel was also one of the original team members when the Dublin office was opened. Abruelia is bilingual and works with clients with their payrolls and Quickbooks needs.
Jill Ricks has worked previously with a local bookkeeping business in Dublin for 18 years and has been in the Dublin office since 2012. Jill works with clients with their daily bookkeeping and payroll needs.
Kathy Cox, also a native of Dublin, is the first person you will meet at the new CPA firm. Her smile welcomes each client and she is very knowledgeable of the clients’ needs.
Shelby Brooke is the newest member of the Dublin office. She has recently moved from California and loves her new Texas home. She works on individual tax returns and helps clients with their bookkeeping and tax issues.
