An Erath County Joint Narcotics Unit investigation led to the arrest of one on drug related charges.
On Wednesday, Feb. 21 the unit conducted an investigation into illegal narcotic activity in the 2200 block of West Lingleville Road in Stephenville. During the investigation, a suspect, Devan Hernandez was identified and placed under arrest for manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance in penalty group 1, greater than or equal to four grams, less than 400 and seized eight grams of cocaine.
Hernandez also had outstanding class C warrants that were served as well.
This case was forwarded to the Erath County District Attorney’s office for review.
