Those looking to enjoy some art may want to check out a couple of gallery offerings this month by Cross Timbers Fine Arts Council.
Through June 29, CTFAC will present Dreamland Art Exhibit.
The multi-media experience is brought to viewers by artists diving deep into their imagination. Inspired by the surrealism art movement, the Rx23 Art Collective’s six artists present pieces with a sense of wonder and curiosity. These pieces are for sale with proceeds benefiting the Erath County Humane Society.
The exhibit is located at Stephenville’s Clark Regional Airport, located at 1050 Airport Road.
Another exhibit is also on display through June 29 at the Gallery on the Square.
“Hide & Horn and maybe a thorn” by artist Audrey Caylor features several western art pieces and they are also for sale at the downtown gallery.
The artist reception will be from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, June 8 and the gallery is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. It is located at 148 West College Street.
