COVID Update

The Texas Department of State Health Services reported that Erath County had an estimated 165 active cases of COVID-19 when it released its weekly update Monday. (This was up from an estimated 81 active cases the Monday before.)

DSHS also reported that the county has had 3,104 confirmed cases and 1,486 probable cases since the pandemic started in March 2020.

There have been 71 fatalities linked to COVID-19 in Erath.

DSHS estimated that there were 4,401 recovered cases of COVID-19 in the county.
