Comanche County Medical Center (CCMC) will hold a second Diabetes Relief™ information session for the public on Monday, Aug. 30, 5:30pm, in the Cafeteria at CCMC, 10201 Highway 16 North, Comanche. Dr. Dwayne Miller and Family Nurse Practitioner Rachel Hilliard will discuss the features of CCMC’s diabetic infusion program and answer questions. The event is open to the public.
The Diabetes Relief™ infusion offered at CCMC is a patented insulin resensitization therapy. Treatment plans are physician-directed for eligible patients with metabolic disorders such as diabetes including T1, T2 and prediabetes. CCMC is the sole licensed provider in the region and administers the treatment on an outpatient basis on the hospital campus.
Attendees are asked to park in the back of the hospital building (east side) and enter through the main rear door. Protective face masks must be worn to enter the building and participate.
