Keep Dublin Beautiful seeking volunteers to beautify town
Keep Dublin Beautiful is looking for volunteers to adopt some of the big pot planters downtown along Patrick St. Beautiful flowers and greenery in these pots help to show visitors we care about our city. Help rejuvenating some of these big pots would be appreciated, but the main need is for people who can each visit one or two regularly and bring water. Please let us know if this sounds like a project you could take on for the summer. Contact Pam Simon, President of KDB at 254-979-5722.

Greens Creek Baptist Church VBS set July 26-30
Greens Creek Baptist Church will have their annual Vacation Bible School July 26-30 from 8:45 a.m. to noon each day.
Theme for this year’s event is Concrete Cranes - Look up-way up. That’s where the lesson is headed. Where I beams float effortlessly overhead, carefully guided into place by powerful machinery.
The VBS will have children learning that Jesus’ love will provide a foundation that lasts, supporting our lives through all kinds of storms and stress.
There will be lots of music and great refreshments. Everyone is welcome.
Should you have any questions, please call 445-3566 or e-mail greenscreekoffice@gmail. com.
