P&Z to hold meeting Thursday The Dublin Planning and Zoning Commission will be holding a meeting at 5 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 13 at the Dublin City Hall regarding a request for a conditional use permit for Emerald Ridge LLC.

The site was previously approved in the dense single family zoning. The decision up for a vote is allowing the site to have manufactured homes. The decision will then move on to city council for discussion and action.

The meetings are open to the public and City Hall is located at 213 E. Blackjack.
