The 10 most cost effective & easy vegetables to grow

Here is a great way to save money, growing cost effective vegetables plus enhance your healthy lifestyle. Before starting to work, I would recommend making a list of vegetables you & your family prefer to eat. This idea will only work if you can cut the grocery store bill as you will not need to buy them from your grocery store.

Tomatoes - the most common ingredient in a lot of recipes and easy to grow.

Zucchini- Delicious and easy to grow.

Swiss Chard- Able to grow in seasonal changes, it can grow in hot as well as cold weather. Also transplants easily in the garden, should you want to move it.

Green Beans- Grows easily in any climatic condition & will lead to a great way to save money, as they always seem to be very expensive in the grocery store.

Bib Lettuce- Buttercrunch is easy to grow & requires little space.

Carrots- Require sandy soil for growth. Most human diseases are cured with carrots as they have great medical benefits.

Bell Peppers- Generally, you have to pay $2 for single pepper, but easily grown from seed or transplants.

Potatoes- They are the most popular vegetable in America.

Cabbage- You can plant cabbages spring or fall in Texas. New developments in cabbage in recent years allow this to produce the best harvest of all.

Garlic- This is one of the costlier items in the grocery store. It is popular for its health benefits and can be used to cure many severe diseases.
