A number of local graduates were recognized as Angelo State University and South Plains College released their fall 2024 Dean’s Lists and ASU announced recent graduates.

■ Axel Rangel Trinidad of Comanche To be eligible for the ASU Dean’s List, full-time undergraduate students must maintain a 3.25 or better grade point average on a 4.0 scale.

■ Creed West of Stephenville South Plains College is a comprehensive, two-year community college that serves the greater South Plains area of Texas with locations in Levelland and Lubbock and an extension center in Plainview.
