The Erath County Jury indicted the following individuals Nov. 20 on felony charges. They are:
Johnny Charles Allen, 50, assault family violence with previous conviction (Third Degree felony);
Kendon Dawayne Baker, 37, assault of a peace office (second degree felony) and manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams (First Degree felony);
Nathan Charles Baker, 32, two counts of the burglary of a building, enhanced (State Jail felony);
Devon Alexander Banker, 36, two counts of injury to an elderly (Third Degree felonies);
Dustan Ray Butz, 30, evading arrest or detention with previous conviction (State Jail felony);
Dustin Allen Cunningham, 23, assault family violence with previous conviction (third degree felony), three counts of violation of a protective order or bond with two or more previous convictions (Third Degree felonies);
Justin Lee Hankins, 35, theft, less than $2,500 with previous conviction enhanced (State Jail felony);
Cody Lee Johnston, 44, assault family violence with previous conviction (Third Degree felony);
Jeremy Davis Kaempf, 30, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony);
Jason Nicolas McDaniel, 50, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon (Third Degree felony) and possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams (Second Degree felony);
Bradley Scott Odom, 18, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence (Third Degree felony) and deadly conduct, discharge firearm (Third Degree felony);
Eric Christian Olalde, 18, evading arrest or detention with a vehicle (State Jail felony) and deadly conduct, discharge firearm (Third Degree felony);
John Brian Perry, 44, obstruction or retaliation (Third Degree felony);
Javone Douglas Rawls, 36, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony);
Damona Dominicia Silva, 27, evading arrest or detention with a vehicle (Third Degree felony) and
Tanner Dakota Simmons, 33, assault family violence with prior conviction (Third Degree felony).
