The Erath County Grand Jury indicted the following individuals Monday, Feb. 3 on felony charges.
They include: Taylor John Britsch, 39, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Dustin Allen Bushman, 34, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams (Second Degree felony); Fernando Carrillo, 30, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony); Fred Flores Chacon, 36, two counts of tampering with physical evidence (Third Degree felonies) and possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony); Monie Michelle Garrett, 53, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Briaunna Danielle Garza, 22, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Terri Lynn Glidewell, 60, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Raevyn Lynn Porter, 29, manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams (First Degree felony); Manuel Rodriguez, 29, obstruction/ retaliation (Third Degree felony); Charlie Don Stephens, 42, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram, enhanced (State Jail felony); Luis Anthony Valenzuela, 38, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams, enhanced (Second Degree felony) and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, enhanced (Third Degree felony); Nelson Vazquez-Rivera, 37, driving while intoxicated 3rd or more (Third Degree felony); Rhonda Wells Watson, 53, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony) and Deidre D Anne Whiteley, 51, possession of a substance in penalty group 2, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony).
