Dublin Safe Trick or Treat is Oct. 29, 2021 Body Dublin's Safe Trick or Treat will be downtown tonight from 4: 30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Businesses who aren't located downtown can also participate by handing out goodies down the decorated "Haunted Hogan's Alley" (next to Blackjack's Coffee).
