Plant lovers will have lots of opportunities this weekend to purchase plants with two plant fairs in Stephenville.
The Erath County Master Gardeners sale will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 26, at the Texas A&M AgriLife Research Center in Stephenville.
The sale will offer more than 1,500 varieties of plants including native and adaptive plants that love to call Erath County home.
Proceeds will go toward improvements of the Erath County Master Gardeners property behind the AgriLife Research Center including infrastructure to support a greenhouse, garden sheds, composting areas, an educational pavilion and demonstration and memorial gardens.
Info on pollinators will also be available along with a fun kids activity.
Plants will also be available at the Stephenville Historical House Museum Plant Fair from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 26.
There will be native and adaptive plants, herbs, arts and crafts.
The historical house museum is located at 525 E. Washington Street.
