Downtown roads narrowed for work

    Starting Tuesday, Aug. 26, the east and westbound travel lanes of SH 6 (Blackjack) have been narrowed at the intersection with Business 67(Patrick Street) to facilitate project work at the intersection.

    Wide loads including farming equipment are encouraged to seek alternate routes. Work at this intersection is estimated to be completed in late 2025.

    TxDOT encourages attention to all warning signs within the work zone as crews complete this project as quickly and safely as possible.

    Parking for local businesses in this area can be found at city lots by the Dublin Public Library, the Dublin City Hall and by Blackjack Office Center.
