Dick Smith Library to host annual book sale
The Friends of the Dick Smith Library will be hosting their annual book sale from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. July 25 and July 26.
The sale will be located in the MP Room of the Dick Smith Library. Parking is available in parking lots: P36 & P38. The parking permit needs to be displayed on dash.
Community Baptist to host Summer Social
Community Baptist Church is inviting the whole community to its inaugural Summer Social from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, July 26. The event is free for all ages and will include live music, free food, prizes and more.
The church is located at 505 W. Mesquite Street in Dublin.
Retirement ceremony set for Culpepper
Erath County is inviting everyone to a retirement reception honoring Susan Culpepper who is retiring after 25 years of service.
The reception will be come and go from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, July 30 at the Donald R. Jones Justice Center Lobby.
Comanche Museum to hosts events in August
All are Cordially Invited to visit the Comanche County Museum for Kid's Day - Cunningham Reunion Day Saturday, Aug. 3 from 1-4 p.m.
There will be a Scavenger Hunt and Face Painting inside our Cool Museum; also Civil War Memorabilia Display in the T.O. Moore Cabin. Lots of Fun for the whole family.
The museum is located at 402 Moorman Rd. in Comanche, West of Bayer Motor Co.
