Erath County officials reported four new cases of COVID-19 in the report from Thursday, Feb. 25 that was released the next morning.

This included two positive cases within the city limits of Stephenville and two among rural residents.

Total deaths since March were reported at 65 by the Department of State Health Services.

Total COVID-19 cases increased by 12 (3,067 to 3,079) from the Feb. 22 (Monday night's) report to Thursday night’s, while active cases decreased from 38 to 37.

Recovered cases were reported at 2,977 on Thursday, up from 2,965 on Feb. 22.

Current hospitalizations were reported at 5.

Restrictions were eased in Erath’s Trauma Service Area on Feb. 13 after TSA E went seven days with hospitalization under 15 % in the area.
