Nov. 9, 1945

The seven year old son of Mrs. Millie Hancock accidentally blew off three of his fingers while playing with a dynamite cap. Not knowing what it was, the boy hit it with a hammer which caused his injury. He was taken for treatment and was recovering.

Nov. 12, 1970

The Sky-Tel Drive-In was playing several films. Wednesday Nov. 11 through Friday Nov. 13 played Danish Blue; Saturday Nov. 14 was a double feature with A Man Called Horse and Goodbye Columbus; Sunday and Monday, The Chyenne Social Club.

Nov. 9, 1995

Michael Beard killed a 61 point buck near Stephenville. A photo featured Beard, smiling holding the buck by its antlers. The buck hailed a 24 inch antler spread and weighed 121 pounds.
