Today I’m going to share a warning I feel God has placed in my heart that speaks directly to our beloved United States of America. As of this writing I am 70 years old. I will be the first to tell you that I am by no means the final authority, but I have spent the better part of my life studying the Biblical prophecies of the final events before the second coming of Christ.
In all of Bible prophecy concerning what we commonly refer to as “the end times,” none of them actually reference our beloved country. That can only be because of one of two situations: Either our country has ceased to exist, or we become the nation behind the antichrist and false prophet and it is actually the USA who hosts the world dictator, persecuting all government and religion that resists their political view and twisted religion. If you believe the Bible literally, then the message is clear. A study of history, true scientific facts - not theories, and the rules of documental accuracy, it is still without doubt the most reliable “book” ever published. It is even so if we overlook Divine inspiration (the Bible is Divinely inspired, but what I am saying is there is so much physical evidence of its dependability even if we disregard its Divine inspiration).
Lookingattheintentions of our founding fathers, they used the word “religion” in the same way all documents of English origin did, referring to Christianity in its various denominations. Read any books or documents from that era and you will understand my point. Therefore, they were not saying that all pagan religions should be embraced and protected, but the right to worship the one and only true God.
However, that being said, we should recognize the right of others residing in our once Christian nation. But now we no longer call ourselves a Christian nation and it has become true, not because of all the pagan religions currently in our country, but because we have chosen to embrace them. How long will it be now before witnessing to those bound and lost in sin because of false religion will become unlawful? “Mind your own business and leave them alone” is what I fear our government could be saying in the near future unless God intervenes.
Our current administration is accused of trying to become dictatorial, while the other party cries for socialism which has never worked. Many nations have tried it and all, without exception could not make it work without becoming a dictatorship and communistic. Why do they think our nation would be any different?
The point is that either we are going to cease being a nation or we are going to welcome the antichrist because only he, along with his false prophet who promotes a one world religion, will seem to make socialism work and finally bring world peace. Only it will be short-lived and in order to make it work and keep it together, he will become not a dictator of a nation, but of the world.
Regardless which administration is in power, no matter our politics or lack of politics, the Bible says it is going to happen, and it will. It has already in fact begun. There is only one way out of it and it does not involve getting our politics right but in getting our hearts right.
Sin is currently overrunning the world. The Bible defines sexual gender but we now pride ourselves in looking beyond what the Bible tells us and lying to ourselves by believing that all are okay if we only love. I’ve been accused of hammering on this sin and not talking about other sins. The fact is we sin when we aren’t angry the way the Bible teaches (and by the way it is okay to be angry if we don’t sin in our anger. It’s in the Bible; look it up). We sin in our alcohol abuse, our drug abuse and our food abuse. In fact, the Bible tells us that all have sinned and that none of us, in ourselves, in our own beliefs, are right. None of us are perfect. None of us are completely correct. None of us are righteous in ourselves. All sin separates us from God if we allow it to go on unconfessed and without effort to be free from it.
We can only be saved from eternal destruction by going through the one and only door. That Door is Jesus Christ. Only He was perfect. Only He was sinless. Only He is righteous. And we are saved only by coming to Him.
We must get past politics because neither party is completely right. Neither party can offer us salvation from sin. No one on this planet has the complete and only answer. Only Christ has this answer.
I love this nation, and I served in its military. But it cannot save us. It’s time we seriously turn to Godthe only living and true God. We can only come to Him by way of Jesus Christ. Hate me if you wish. Don’t believe me if that’s what you want to do. But know that I can’t do anything about it. All I can do is tell you the truth. It is up to you to accept it or reject it. I’m only a beacon; a warning sign letting you know of the coming danger ahead. Tear me down. Push me out of the way. But know that if the bridge is out up ahead getting rid of the warning sign doesn’t nullify the impending doom ahead. You still have a choice. Make the right one, the only one that will give you eternal life. Your future existence depends on it.
