D ublin finished District play on Monday with a win over Eastland, 62-56.

The team is 22-7 going into playoffs and 12-2, the No. 2 seed, in District.

In the Eastland game, Blake Porter sank 19 points with three rebounds, a steal and an assist.

Angel Ramirez added 12 points with seven rebounds, five steals, four assists and a block.

Jakob Seals also scored 12 points with five rebounds, one steal and an assist.

Jacob Stanley sank 9 points with four rebounds, three steals and two assists.

Daniel Escobar posted 7 points with a rebound, two steals and two assists.

Joe Leos added 5 points with two rebounds and three steals, and Jordan Mullin contributed 3 points.

Colten Couch made five rebounds with two steals and an assist.

Dublin 79, Bangs 53

Dublin trounced Bangs on Friday 79-53.

Porter sank 24 points for the Lions with 12 rebounds, an assist and two blocks.

Ramirez contributed 15 points with four rebounds, three steals and four assists.

Escobar added 14 points with three rebounds and two blocks.

Stanley contributed 10 points with three rebounds.

Mullin sank 4 points with four rebounds, three steals and an assist.

Andrew Dudley scored 3 points with two rebounds and a steal.

Gary Qualls added 2 points with three rebounds.

Cy Wing sank 2 points with three rebounds, two steals and three assists.

Dublin will face Colorado City in bi-district, who is No. 3 in district 5 behind Merkel and Jim Ned.
