Nancy Jones

Nancy B Jones passed away on January 4, 2021 in DeLeon, Texas. She was born on September 5, 1927 in Young County to her parents Bertie Claude and Viola (Young) Laquey. Nancy worked for a Cookie Factory, Sewing Factory and in the cafeteria at the Lingleville Independent School District. She was a wonderful homemaker and seamstress. Nancy married the love of her life, Carl Jones, on August 17, 1944 in Victor, Texas and together they had four children.

She is preceded in death by her son Freddie Jones and her granddaughter, Tracy.

Nancy is survived by her loving husband Carl Jones of Lingleville, TX, daughters and sons-in-law Linda and Grady Rasberry of Lingleville, TX, Nita and Craig Heaton of Stephenville, TX, Sandy and Jerry Pack of Stephenville, TX, daughter-in-law Linda Jones of Dublin, TX, nephew Jeff Jones of Victoria, TX, eight grandchildren and their spouses, seventeen great-grandchildren, three great great-grandchildren and two on the way, and numerous other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.

Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 6 at 10:30 a.m. at Lowell Cemetery.
