Dennis Paul Hester, 65, passed away on April 11, 2021 in

Fort Worth, Texas. He was born on December 1, 1955 in Seminole, Texas to parents Lloyd and Pauline Hester.

Dennis worked in the oil field for a short time before starting a painting entrepreneurship business as a professional residential and commercial painter.

He progressively and effectively grew his business for over 35 years. Prior to his retirement, he fulfilled his professional goal of successfully turning his local start-up painting business into a viable commercial interstate painting company.

Dennis was well known for his comical sense of humor and often referred to as the life of the party.

He is preceded in death by his parents Lloyd and Pauline (Woods) Hester, brothers Kenneth Loyd Hester, Michael Wayne Hester, and Paul Lee Kilcrease, and two sisters Marilyn Carol Kilcrease and Marilyn Cathy Childers.

Dennis is survived by his son, Dennis Paul II and wife Melissa Hester of Fort Worth, Texas, three granddaughters Cheyenne, Alexis, and Savannah Hester, brothers Gary and wife Ona Hester of Colony, Oklahoma, twin-brother Darwin and wife Carolyn Hester of Seagraves, Texas, Neal and wife Josette Kilcrease of Stephenville, Texas, Doug and wife Brandi Kilcrease of Stephenville, Texas, Rodney and wife Linda Kilcrease of Stephenville, Texas, sister Sherrie Smith of Comanche, Texas, and numerous nieces and nephews whom he\ dearly loved.

Visitation: Harrell Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 13 from 6 p.m.-8 p.m.

Service was at Harrell Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, April 14, at 2 p.m.

Interment followed at Old Dublin Memorial Park Cemetery
