The Dublin Rotary Club served up BBQ to 150 kids and counselors Thursday, June 15 during the Rotary Youth Leadership Association program at Tarleton. Kids participating in the program are involved in many worthwhile activities including: developing leadership skills through experiential and fun activities, increasing self-confidence and enhancing teamwork skills through participation in challenge course exercises, learning proper social and business etiquette while participating in a formal dinner event, observing how city government operates while participating in a mock City Council meeting, expanding their civic and patriotic skills in ethics and responsibility classes, learning about the purpose and objectives of Rotary International while attending a Rotary club meeting and more.
