April 3

A caller in the 600 block of Ireland advised she has a criminal trespass on a female and someone told her that she was driving past the house and she isn’t home.

An officer was out patrolling and made contact with a teenager and a large dog. Officer advised the dog had to be on a leash.

An officer observed an open door in the 300 block of West Blackjack. Officer checked inside which was in the process of a remodel and vacant. Officer secured the door and everything was OK.

April 4

A caller advised there is a vehicle at the park blocking the entrance near the baseball field for about 30 minutes. Officer made the scene, located the owner and they moved the vehicle out of the way.

A reporting person requested a phone call back about a dog chained up in the yard. Officer checked on the dog. It had water, food and shelter. The owner was advised to remove the chain and just have it on a cable or lead line.

A reporting person stated that two dogs have been aggressive toward her and killed all of her chickens, but she doesn’t know who they belonged to. Officer made scene, located the dogs and they were taken to the city pound.

April 5

The postmaster advised one of the carriers was bit by a large black dog on Dobkins delivering mail.

A possible verbal disturbance in the 200 block of South Liberty.

A reporting person came into the station to speak with an officer about some legal information.

April 6

An officer followed up a

potential suicidal subject.

April 7

A reporting person advised she did not feel safe in her house due to a previous incident.

Loud music was reported behind Dollar General. An officer responded to the area and did not locate any loud music or a large gathering.

April 8

A reporting person stated her dogs were barking towards the alley and there may be someone back there. Officer checked the area and did not locate anyone.

Anopen911calloccurred. An officer made contact at the address and the elderly couple said everything was OK, accidental call.

There was a report of a small disturbance at Central Inn. Two males were trying to park the same way and almost hit each other. One of the males got out of the truck, yelled at the other. Officers arrived to speak with all parties and they all agreed to stay away from each other.

There was a report of one gunshot heard around the area of the 700 block of N. Patrick. Officer checked the area and did not hear anything or see anything.

April 9

There were cows out in the 2200 block of West Blackjack.

A reporting party at the track at the Memorial Stadium was walking at the track and saw two kids running around the corner. The building facing the track looks to be broken into but they did not see them open the door. Officer notified Dublin ISD maintenance and let the SRO know about the situation.

Cows were out on 377 Loop. An officer secured the cows. The owner was not able to be contacted at this time.
