The Dublin ISD community and the town are in mourning after the loss of Dublin High School senior Jordan Sanchez.
Jordan was killed in an accident April 4.
“He was a very sweet and kind hearted young man who was well liked by many. He was very intelligent and worked hard. He was a great inspiration to model our lives by,” Dublin ISD Superintendent Melissa Summer said. “He also had the sweetest smile.”
A Go Fund Me account was started for funeral expenses by his cousin Ivet Martinez and the community stepped up to raise more than $6,000.
Jordan is described as someone who always put others first and being well mannered.
He also loved playing videos games, anime and putting a smile on other people’s faces.
For school, Jordan participated in UIL, WIT and was part of the community service program.
