A civil standby was completed to get reporting person’s property back.
A reporting person’s mailbox in the 800 block of East Blackjack was ran over, along with their neighbor’s mailbox.
March 7
A caller stated the neighbor’s dog is always loose and saw a post on social media that the dogs were located 15 minutes from town and believes they went and dumped them. The call was referred to animal control.
A reporting person requested a close patrol on her residence because she found her well house open in the 700 block of North Patrick.
A reporting person stated she worked at Golden Chick and a female approached causing a scene, telling her where to meet her somewhere to fight. Officers spoke with all parties that witnessed the incident. A subject later received a citation for disorderly conduct and a criminal trespass.
A reporting person advised a German Shepherd was out again getting into trash cans. Officer spoke with the owner and was given a written warning for a dog at large.
March 8
A reporting person has questions about a protection order that was served to him.
A vehicle was at the back of City Park. Officer made contact with vehicle with no occupants.
March 9
Dublin PD helped ECSO
with a traffic stop in the 200 block of South Patrick.
A reporting person has questions about a dog that keeps coming onto her property and what her legal options are to defend herself and her animals.
March 10
There were branches on South Liberty and an officer removed them.
March 11
The jail needed a female officer for assisting with searching a female.
One vehicle went through a fence on West Douglas and CR 340 and a Dublin officer went to assist until a Trooper made the scene.
A cow was out before the city limits.
A reporting person thinks the neighbor’s across the street are burning trash, due to the smell. An officer spoke with the neighbors and advised them they could not burn trash in the city limits.
March 12
A welfare check was requested. An officer made contact with the individual and he advised he is OK. His phone was on airplane mode and will let them know he is fine.
A reporting person advised there is a house across from them and there are people taking things out of the front yard. An officer made the scene and did not locate any persons at the house that matches the descriptions or vehicle.
There was a report of a reckless driving failing to maintain a lane and speed. Officers responded to the area and could not located the vehicle.
