The following individuals were indicted on felony charges by the Erath County Grand Jury Feb. 15.
They are: Faleena Marie Coleman-Barter, 24, manufacturing or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1 (four grams or more but less than 200 grams) (First Degree felony);
Michael Von Garrison, 42, manufacturing or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1 (one gram or more but less than four grams – enhanced) (Second Degree felony);
Carla Jean Jones, 59, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram) (State Jail felony); Shawn Clyde Kennedy, 34, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram) (State Jail felony);
Michael Travis McKinney II, 38, credit card or debit card abuse and forgery (by making) (State Jail felonies);
Martin Macias, 38, burglary of a habitation (enhanced) (Second Degree felony);
Timothy Shawn Peoples, 36, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (Second Degree felony) and two counts of injury to a child, elderly or disabled person (Third Degree felonies); Rafael Reyes Reyes, 22, manufacuring or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1 (four grams or more but less than 200 grams) (First Degree felony);
Joseph Ray Julian Rojas, 27, burglary of a habitation (Second Degree felony); Ethan Cade Salinas, 26, theft of a firearm (State Jail felony) and burglary of a habitation (Second Degree felony);
Israel Sanchez, 33, theft ($30,000 or more but less than $150,000) (Third Degree felony);
Sergio Saocado-Hernandez, 21, unauthorized use of a vehicle (State Jail felony);
Laramie Nicole Seat, 28, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram) (State Jail felony); George Ventura, 54, driving while intoxicated (third or more) (Third Degree felony);
Angela Dee Walker, 51, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (four grams or more but less than 200 grams (enhanced) (Second Degree felony).
