Jan. 30

A reporting person requested a criminal trespass at his restaurant due to ongoing issues.

A welfare check was requested in the 700 block of Grafton due to a dog being out in bad weather. An officer checked and the dog has shelter to get out of the weather.

A reporting person is having problems with someone posing as a private investigator and harassing them.

Jan. 31

A reporting person said a dog had been left in a wire cage on Edward Drive. Officer did not locate the dog or a cage.

Feb. 1

A reporting person requested help to change out a propane tank in a camper.

A caller stated that his wife is on foot in La Sombra, her van got stuck and she needs to get back to town.

A reporting person stated that a friend gave him a ride home on West Clinton Street and slid off the road. While out looking at the damage another car hit them and kept going. Caller gave officer the license plate.

An 18-wheeler loaded with hay got stuck on West Clinton Street due to the ice. Officers went to the truck to close down the street until the truck got unstuck and out of the roadway.

A caller in the 600 block of Ireland called because of no power. Officer made contact with housing authority and made arrangements until they got their power back on. Feb. 3 A female sitting out behind Brookshire’s appears to be upset and crying. An officer went to check on her.

A warrant service was served.

An agency assist happened with ECSO on Hwy. 6 when a caller reported her son tried to fight her and took off out of the vehicle.

Feb. 4

A reporting person’s child was bit in the face by the family’s dog. Officer spoke with the caller and she advised it was an accident.

A caller advised a black pitbull showed up in her yard trying to fight her dog. Officer made the scene and the dog was already gone. They checked the area and they did not locate. The call was referred to animal control.

Caller showed up asking questions about a protective order their son was served with.

Feb. 5

A caller stated there was a man at the basketball games that was high, he previously saw him in the parking lot smoking something. Officer advised the subject left.
