The new Chick-fil-A in Stephenville is located at 2798 W. Washington Street in the new business district The Stable across from Walmart and will open Thursday, Jan. 5.
The eatery will be open for dine-in, drive-thru and carry-out from 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday – Thursday and 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
Guests of Chick-fil-A Stephenville can place an order for pickup, dine-in or curbside on the Chickfi l-A app or online.
Lance Bennett will serve as the independent franchised owner/operator of Chick-fil-A Stephenville. Bennett will be responsible for all day-to-day activities of the business, including employing approximately 100 full- and part-time Team Members, serving guests and cultivating relationships with local organizations and businesses.
Bennett has been a Texas resident for most of his life. Hailing from a military family, he is a graduate of Georgia State University in Atlanta and served in the United States Air Force through Desert Storm. After his service in the Air Force, he joined the Chick-fil-A family in 1993 as a Business Intern and became an Operator in 1995. Bennett brings over 25 years of experience as an Operator to Chickfi l-A Stephenville.
“I’m excited to grow the Chick-fil-A brand in Stephenville,” said Bennett. “I look forward to investing in my Team Members and creating opportunities to ultimately become part of the fabric of this great community.”
In honor of the opening, Chick-fil-A, Inc. will donate $25,000 to Feeding America on behalf of the new restaurant. These funds will be distributed to partners in the greater Dallas-Ft. Worth area to aid in the fight against hunger.
In addition, Chick-fil-A Stephenville is recognizing 100 local heroes making an impact in the Stephenville area by providing them with free Chick-fil-A meals for a year.
The restaurant is hiring 100 full- and part-time employees.
