There was a report of a disturbance in the 300 block of Eagle Street.
An officer checked out on a suspicious vehicle and everything was OK in the 200 block of Johnson Street.
There was a report of a storage unit broken into at Central Inn storage.
There were sheep out behind the apartments in the 1000 block of North Patrick.
A caller reported that a neighbor’s dogs have been left alone for weeks and was worried about them not having food or water. Officers arrived to see eight aggressive dogs that looked like they hadn’t eaten in awhile. A report was taken.
Dec. 21
A cow was reported out in the 1000 block of Thomas.
A reporting person stated she had criminal trespassed a female subject and in public when they see each other, she follows her and harasses her.
A reporting person came to the station to speak to an officer about a restraining order.
A black bull was out near the loop.
Dec. 22
A reporting person stated there were dogs at an address that are in a wooden box and would like a welfare check. Officers checked on the animals and they have food, water and shelter with shavings in the dog house.
Dec. 23
There was a report of
a reckless driver speeding on 377 South. Officer was unable to locate.
Dec. 24
A reporting person thinks her pipe busted in the 500 block of West Douglas.
A reporting person stated someone stole his dog out of his vehicle at the Dollar General. A reporting person advised that a family member took the dog as a joke.
An officer checked out with a subject with car issues.
There was a report of loud music in the 100 block of North Davies.
Dec. 25
A welfare check was requested for a person with depression. Everything was OK.
A caller advised there was a cat in the 400 block of Bluebonnet that had been attacked by something. An officer contacted the vet for any records to locate an owner.
Loud music was coming from an apartment in the 1000 block of North Patrick. An officer spoke to the residents who agreed to turn down the music.
