Nov. 21

There was an open door at Gonzalez Trucking. An officer did a building check and secured the door.

There was a report in the 200 block of Johnson of some people fighting. It was a verbal argument between a male and female.

There was a report of a shoplifter at Brookshires that stole beer. The subject was cited and criminally trespassed.

There was a report of headstones knocked down and broken at Live Oak Cemetery. The cemetery was checked and there were no damaged headstones found, but PD will keep a close patrol at night.

Nov. 22

A caller stated that someone had stolen gas from their vehicle in the 800 block of Courtney. The reporting requested a close patrol of his house.

Gloria Labrado was placed under arrest for Assault Family Violence after a domestic disturbance. The other person involved also received a citation.

Nov. 23

A report of loud music was reported in the 200 block of North Davies.

Nov. 24

There was a report of a power outage in the 500 block of West Douglas. Oncor was working on the problem to restore the power.

Nov. 25

An officer was out with two juveniles in the 200 block of West Blackjack. Both were taken home and released to their parents due to curfew.

There was a report of dogs running loose in the goat pen at the Ag barn and they attacked a goat.

A caller got permission to park their vehicle at Golden Chick and that morning when they came back for it they noticed the back door was unlocked with some clothes missing.

Nov. 26

There was a report of a reckless driver driving all over CR 522 and driving very slowly. Officers were unable to locate the vehicles.

There was an injured buzzard in the 500 block of South Camden. Caller wanted to shoot the bird, was advised there is no shooting in the city limits and to call a Game Warden.

There was a report of a sheep out on Trowbridge. The officer located the owner and the sheep was secured.

Nov. 27

A caller stated her neighbor’s dog tried to attack her cat and was acting aggressive toward her. An officer spoke with the neighbor and stated that his dad went out the back gate and they got out accidentally. They will make sure it doesn’t happen again.

A reporting person stated they accidentally left their camera tripod at the old Train Deport. Tripod was located and brought to the PD for pickup.
