Nov. 14
There was a report of a dog tied to a tree in the 300 block of West Mesquite and wrapped where it can’t move. The dog was untangled where it was able to get to shelter out of the weather.
There was a report of three dogs running towards the city park. Officer arrived at the park and the dogs were being secured on leashes.
A caller stated there was someone that came through the back door and she could see someone on her camera in her house in the 200 block of Highland Avenue. The caller was not home but the caller’s brother went to the house and did not see anyone there. Officers also checked the house and area and did not locate anyone.
Nov. 15
There was a report of a reckless driver unable to maintain a lane on South
U.S. 377.
Nov. 16
A reporting person advised a neighbor was playing loud music in the 400 block of West Blackjack. Officer spoke with the individual and the music was turned down.
A reporting person on North Park stated her friend was not home but there was someone at the house. There were four cars in the driveway and the neighbor saw someone walking by the house.
Comanche County requested a warrant service for an individual and she was not located.
Nov. 17
A caller requested a welfare check on a vehicle with their hazards on. An officer located the vehicle and there were no occupants just a flat tire.
There were two large dogs running in the road by Golden Chick. A call was referred to Animal Control.
The owner at Central Inn requested an officer to speak with about an individual and put a criminal trespass in place.
A reporting person requested a criminal trespass.
Nov. 18
A called stated she was at her residence on East Myrtle with an intoxicated female. Officers came to speak to both parties and observed the intoxicated female sitting in a chair vomiting blood. EMS was dispatched and took her to the ER.
A called on Camden advised she hired a male individual to mow her yard at the residence until she moved in after repairs are done. He keeps insisting that him and his girlfriend move in and she keeps telling him no. She no longer wants him on her property and an officer spoke with both the reporting party and the other individual and stated he won’t be back on the property.
A reporting party came into the station to write a statement in regards to child abuse.
An officer was out with a vacant vehicle on U.S. 377 that has been out there for a few days. The vehicle was tagged.
A reporting person called regarding a suspicious person around the storage units on S. Park.
Nov. 19
A caller in the 800 block of Courtney stated a male pointed a gun at the reporting person and their nieces, yelling to get off his property, in the field behind the housing authority. Officers spoke to the male subject and he advised he was the land owner and was hunting. That information was relayed to the caller who was informed the kids were on his property. The land owner had contacted ECSO about trespassers.
A reporting person stated some stuff was stolen from the Dollar General the night before and they needed to make a report.
Nov. 20
A caller has some questions about a noise ordinance because someone has ran a jack hammer all day near the 200 block of Mills.
An officer was out with an open door. A building check was conducted and everything was secured.
