Oct. 31

Two dogs running around in the road on North Patrick were reported. Animal Control was contacted.

A reporting person advised that a young male juvenile ripped off her granddaughter’s Halloween mask and called her names. The same subject bullied her before she went to home school.

A non-aggressive dog that was tied to a truck was reported in the 500 block of South Patrick. The caller would like a welfare check on the animal. A written warning was issued to the owner for a leash law violation.

Nov. 1

A person came to the station to report they were being cyberbullied and wrongfully evicted. Officer requested them to bring back any information they have off of social media.

A reporting person came into the station to request a criminal trespass.

Nov. 2

There was a follow up on the ATV accident that happened the week prior.

A reporting person advised someone backed into their vehicle and left at Taqueria el Rio.

Nov. 3

A reporting person at Family Dollar advised there was a physical disturbance inside the store. When the officer arrived all subjects had left. Camera footage was reviewed and the victims were identified. Officers followed up with them at home.

A male subject was walking down the road on South Grafton and officers checked to make sure he was OK.

Nov. 4

A reporting person stated a male was making threats over the phone. Officer spoke to both parties and there were no threats made. The officer did advise the male to stop texting the female or it could be considered harassment after he was asked to stop.

Information was given on how to get a restraining order on four people.

Nov. 5

A caller advised the neighbor’s dog keeps getting into their yard, going through their doggy door and going inside their house. The officer retrieved the dog, took it back to the owner and the owner received a warning for animal at large.

A caller found a bike in her yard in the 400 block of Gracie and wasn’t sure where it came from or if it was stolen. An officer took it in as abandoned property and was going to try to find the owner.

Travis Johnston was arrested for assault by threat after a disturbance when he was intoxicated.

A caller advised that they can hear banging on the front door in the 600 block of East Myrtle and a car honking. Officers observed the area, spoke with the neighbors and none of them heard anything suspicious or saw anything.

Nov. 6

A caller advised the neighbor’s dogs were back at the house. The officer could not locate the owner and the dog was taken to the pound.

The reporting person is taking care of a house and the neighbors next door cut down branches and left them in the yard. Officer was going to make contact with neighbors to get branches removed.

A reporting person had his wallet stolen from the Mexican restaurant in the parking lot and there is video of the suspects and vehicle. The restaurant called back and advised that the individuals brought the wallet back with the all the belongings inside. Officer still made contact with the individual.

There was a report of a possible intoxicated drive on Hwy. 6 West. Marion Banuelos-Rodriguez was arrested for DWI after standard field sobriety tests were completed.
