Oct. 4

Body

An officer made contact with three subjects and three vehicles in the 100 block of North Patrick that were on the side of the road. One of the vehicles broke down and they were trying to fix it.

Cross Timbers Family Services and Dublin PD were able to provide assistance with a female victim needing assistance.

There was a report of an elderly female driving very slow in the middle of both lanes. An officer looked in the area and did not locate the vehicle.

A reporting person requested talking to an officer about observing a drug deal at a residence that is supposed to be vacant in the 500 block of Park. Officers and code enforcement met with the individuals at the residence and permission was given to enter the residence while the subjects packed their property.

Oct. 5

There was a report of an

unsecured 5-year-old child in the backseat of an older Tahoe leaving Stephenville towards Dublin. Subjects were smoking in the vehicle and possibly drinking. The reporting person saw empty beer cans in the vehicle. Officers in the area of Hwy. 377 tried to locate the vehicle, but could not.

Oct. 6

There was a report of a cow out on 377/Blackjack. The cow was located and put back into the fence.

A reporting person said there was loud music on County Road 340 and her children couldn’t sleep because of it. It was reported as a street or two away. An officer located the music and the subjects were asked to turn the music down.

Oct. 7

A reporting person called about an injured dog that was shot and bleeding pretty bad on Gracie/Patrick. Officer spoke with the reporting person but the dog ran off. The officer searched for the dog and could not locate it.

A reporting person came into the station to report credit card fraud.

There was a warrant service in the 200 block of Johnson for a male subject. Dalton Clark was placed in custody for a criminal trespass violation.

The manager at Dollar General requested a criminal trespass on two female subjects.

A reporting person advised his father is playing loud music in the 700 block of Patrick. Officers arrived on scene and he agreed to turn the music down.

A reporting person advised she let her son have a get together for his birthday in the 400 block of North Patrick, but they became intoxicated and were trying to leave the house. Officers arrived to speak with the juveniles and most of them had consumed or were in possession of an alcoholic beverage. Citations were issued for possessing and drinking alcohol and they made sure they made it to their homes safely.

Oct. 8

A report was made about tree trimmers in the 400 block of Bluebonnet who ran over the reporting person’s gas meter and they want them to pay to have it fixed.

A reporting person in the station wanted to speak to an officer about the citation his child received for minor in consumption. Officers spoke with him and advised him of the situation.

The gate was open at a football field and the gate was secured.

Oct. 9

There was a report of a reckless driver swerving on Hwy. 377 South. An officer located the vehicle, conducted a traffic stop and everything was good with the driver.

Ivan Chavez was arrested for assault/family violence after a domestic disturbance.

There was a suspicious vehicle observed by the radio tower. An officer made contact and they were waiting on friends to go fishing.
