The community is formally invited to the dedication of a new mural in the county, originally drawn by Dublin’s own Selene Moreno.
Selene was the winner of the 2025 9-1-1 Heroes Art Contest was hosted by North Central Texas Emergency Communications District (NCT9-1-1) in partnership with RapidDeploy (a Motorola Solutions company).
The mural, painted by Christopher Sandoval, will be dedicated at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 1 at 340 W. Green Street in Stephenville on the side of the new juvenile probation building.
The ceremony will include a ribbon cutting and remarks from local representatives.
“We look forward to celebrating this meaningful tribute with you!” organizers said.
